I have tried everything. I have changed all the fuses. I had a problem where my windows would go up and down when I opened and closed my driver side door. It would get worse as the car got warmer. I was trying to find the wire that was causing this to happen and in the process blew the fuse that controls the power windows. When I replaced the fuse, this problem started. If any one has had this problem before, any help would be greatly appreciated. I have my entire interior apart right now. I have also tried switching the relays and they when I remove and reinstall them, I can hear them activating with voltage applied. I don't know what else to do. Could it be the Alarm control module? I finally found it after a few long hours of looking for it. It is not where Bentley says it is.
Check the wiring harness coming through the drivers door. I bet you will find breaks in that wiring harness. Repair the breaks and take the car to a VW dealer and have them refalsh the Body Control Module. Everything should work fine after that
