What kind of monitor should I buy or my editing suit?
I have realized that the colors in my camcorder are one thing and the ones on my computer are another one. A friend of mine who is an editor has told me to but a monitor in order to get the true colors of the video which are exactly the ones I have in the camcorder.
Anyway so here I am trying to figure out what kind of monitor should I buy.
So far I know it has to be RGB and not like the boxy ones, but maybe I am wrong. I have seen one in B&H for around 750 dollars and in craigslist there are several monitors of different prices.
What specific kind of monitor should I get?
I own a
Mac Pro and imovie06 software.
Camcorder Canon Vixia HV30.
Two Monitors Mac 22" each.
